Greetings from Homeopathy for Health in Africa, Tanzania. We are getting in touch to let you know of 2018 Internship Programme. Please pass these details on to your students
Internship Dates 2018: 8th to 19th January / 2nd to 15th August / 20th to 31st August
Homeopathy for Health in Africa was founded by Jeremy and Camilla Sherr in 2009, and to date the organization has treated upwards of 9,000 individuals across our 17 outreach clinics and our permanent drop in Health Centre in the Kilimanjaro region of Tanzania. In an average week the team at HHA treats between 100 and 150 patients, with a strong focus on the treatment of Patients with HIV/AIDS.
An internship with the HHA is an invaluable opportunity to both increase your skills and ability while also experiencing a wide range of different pathology. You will have the opportunity to sit in on a varied range of our clinics, from hospitals settings to homestead clinics in small rural communities. You will be in the hub of the project, experiencing the real Africa and homeopathy at the grass roots level. It is a unique and exciting opportunity for in-depth learning, through clinical experience, with Jeremy and Camilla Sherr.
In each two week Internship we take a maximum of 6 students, which allows for focus on the needs and level of each student, providing up to 40 hours of clinical experience.
Not only will you personally gain by your participation in the Programme but it is also an opportunity to give back in a very important way. Your participation in our Internship Programme is key to sustaining our work in Tanzania. All incomes from the Programme feed directly back into the project enabling us to continue our extensive outreach work, train local homeopaths and run teaching programmes in Tanzania, Malawi, Zambia and Zimbabwe.
